HRM KING RICHARD SEIBA

HRM Richard Seiba is the beloved paramount ruler of Okobia Kingdom in Bayelsa State. He has paid his dues as a royal father and has contributed immensely to the peace and progress being currently enjoyed in the kingdom. He has been an ardent proponent of the gospel of peace in every sense and has been greatly influenced by his relationship with God.  His lifestyle together with his unwavering commitment towards dishing out justice and truth in all matters brought before him have necessitated this conferment of Peace Legend of the Niger Delta region on Him.

HRM Richard Seiba JP has since lived according to the dictates of scriptures. Upon his coronation, his ensured that he handed the kingdom over to God and asked for wisdom to rule wisely over the communities that make up Okobia Kingdom. He is well regarded today for his uprightness and abhorrence for anything evil. Under his reign, Okobia has seen tremendous socio-economic transformation and has also experienced peace within and outside its borders with other communities.

HRM Richard Seiba plans to continue in this trajectory. The new recognition will only spur him to rule more wisely and turn many to righteousness.
